Summer School

Kamehameha Schools provides meaningful educational opportunities for Native Hawaiian learners to explore their potential and develop as ‘ōiwi leaders. This summer we are excited to offer fun and enriching experiences that will allow students to engage and learn through a diverse selection of courses.

Program Dates:
 

Classes for grades 1-6 will be held from: Wednesday, June 12 - Friday, July 12, 2024

• Morning classes are 7:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
• Afternoon care provided by YMCA. Information will be sent via email in early April.

Classes for grades 7-8 will be held from: Wednesday, June 12 - Friday, July 12, 2024

• Morning classes are from 7:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
  2-hour classes are scheduled from 8:00 a.m. – 9:50 a.m. and 10:10 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
• Afternoon classes are from 11:45 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
   

Classes for grades 9-12, will be held from: Monday, June 10 - Friday, July 19, 2024

• Morning classes are 7:35 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
  2-hour classes are scheduled from: 7:35 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. and 9:50 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.

2024 YMCA Summer Afterschool Program

YMCA will be extending their after-school program through the summer of 2024 for students entering grades 1-6 and registered in summer school. The YMCA will be on-site from 11:45 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday - Friday during the summer session (June 12 - July 12). FREE Lunch will be provided by Hālau Kūkalaulama.
