Senior Activities

The following activities are MANDATORY for all Seniors: ALL Senior activities during the school days (Monday-Friday), Commencement Rehearsals, Baccalaureate Services, and Commencement Ceremony.

Monday, May 22
EVEN Schedule

2:20 pm - 3:00 pm- Grade 12 Commencement Rehearsal

Tuesday, May 23

8:00 am - 2:00 pm- Senior Transition Summit Senior Check-Out

3:10 pm- Terminal and country buses depart

Wednesday, May 24

8:00 am - 10:30 am- Senior Alumni Panel

12:20 pm - 1:50 pm- Commencement Rehearsals

3:10 pm- Terminal and country buses depart

Thursday, May 25

8:00 am - 8:30 am- Senior Class Meeting in Auditorium
8:35 am - 10:00 am- Senior Activity in ‘Akahi
10:00 am - 12:00 pm- Senior Check-Out (Make-up)
12:15 pm- Terminal and country buses depart

Friday, May 26
Baccalaureate/Commencement Rehearsal

7:15 am- Board buses at Kekūhaupi‘o Gym
7:30 am- Departure from Kekūhaupi‘o Gym
1:15 pm- Return to Kekūhaupi‘o Gym

Transportation: There will be NO country buses. Seniors are responsible for their OWN transportation to campus for rehearsals. Parking will be available at Hale Ho‘okū Ka‘a. SENIORS must ride the KS bus to rehearsal locations.

Attire: School uniform (including covered shoes)
*ATTENDANCE at rehearsal is MANDATORY

Saturday, May 27

7:00 am- Seniors report to Kawaiaha‘o Gym next to the Kawaiaha‘o Church (Seniors must arrive dressed in Special Events Attire)

7:15 am- Kawaiaha‘o Church sanctuary doors open

8:00 am- BACCALAUREATE SERVICE – KAWAIAHA‘O CHURCH

11:00 am -1:00 pm- PO‘O KULA RECEPTION- KA‘IWAKĪLOUMOKU

Sunday, May 28

2:00 pm- Seniors report to Gym #1 (Seniors must arrive dressed in Special Events Attire. Kāne-no blue sash needed)

4:00 pm- COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY- STAN SHERIFF CENTER

6:30 pm - 8:00 pm- LEI GREETING- LES MURAKAMI STADIUM

8:00 pm - 7:30 am- PROJECT GRADUATION (Optional)
